Processing Method of Zinc Oxide Pharmaceutical Grade

The Zinc Oxide pharmaceutical grade is prepared by indirect method from Zinc ingot.Firstly Zinc ingot is melted at 500-600℃.The Zinc liquid is transferred to the evaporation chamber for evaporation at temperature of 950-1200℃.The Zinc vapour is then transferred to an oxidation chamber to mix with purified air and form Zinc oxide power.After cooling,the final product is collected and analyzed.
